What a delightful experience I had at this salon! The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were so friendly and professional. I went in for a haircut that had been long overdue, and my stylist was not only skilled but also had a great sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. They gave me some wonderful tips on how to care for my hair post-cut, which was very helpful! However, I felt that the wash station could use a little more privacy; it was a bit distracting having other patrons nearby. Nonetheless, the haircut itself was fantastic, and I walked out feeling refreshed and revitalized. The attention to detail was impressive, and I will definitely be returning for my next trim. The stylist took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I had to wait a bit longer than expected before my appointment started.
